Birthdays, weddings, holidays, Customer Service offers gift wrapping for all your special occasions!
We carry a wide selection of gift wrap & apparel boxes to choose from. Visit Customer Service for complete details on pricing. Join our Frequent Wrapper Program & discover how you can receive a FREE gift wrap!
Corporate & Special Event Orders
We welcome corporate & special event orders for gift wrapping & gift baskets. Contact Customer Service in advance for large orders & estimated pricing. Please Note: we require 48hrs notice for special orders.
STROLLER, WHEELCHAIR & WALKER LOANS
To ensure all of our customers have an opportunity to enjoy their shopping experience, Customer Service offers FREE wheelchair, walker & stroller loans.
For children, we offer a variety of fun car shaped Cuddle Carts & Kiddie Kruzzers® that come in five different colours!
To loan equipment, you will need to provide a $5 deposit which will be refunded upon returning equipment to Customer Service.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Can’t decide what to buy for the person who has everything? Get the guaranteed gift of choice for any age!
Our Shoppers World Brampton Gift Certificates have no expiration date & can be purchased in denominations of $5, $10, $20 & $50 at the Customer Service Centre & are welcomed at over 180 shops and services. Gift Certificates may be purchased by VISA, MasterCard, Interac or Cash.

Have you lost an item or found something and wish to return it to its rightful owner? Visit Customer Service and report a lost or found item. We’ll assist you in finding what you’re looking for.
SANITATION STATIONS
For your convenience, hand sanitation stations are located near every mall entrance and throughout the Shopping Centre.
NEED A TAXI?
Just visit Customer Service. We'll be happy to call a taxi for you!
FIRST AID
Customer Service works collectively with the Security Department to ensure that the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you a band-aid for abrasions or an ambulance for emergencies.
COMPLIMENTARY CAR BOOSTING SERVICE
If you are ever in a situation where you need a vehicle battery boost, just visit Customer Service. We'll be happy to assist you!
TAX REFUND FORMS
Complimentary tax refund forms for international shoppers are available at Customer Service.
MALL WALK PROGRAM
Our Mall Milers Program is designed to help you get back on track. Join the Mall Milers every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:45 am to 10:00 am. Our certified fitness instructor will guide you from warm-up to cool-down. Contact Customer Service for registration and program information.
FAMILY CARE
Shoppers World Brampton is a Breastfeeding Friendly Environment. We offer a family washroom/nursing station, courtesy parking for parents with infant children, expectant mothers, caregivers & elderly.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
Our Community Kiosk is available at no cost for non-profit community organizations wanting to fundraise or raise awareness. Simply send a request telling us what you’re all about or contact Christina Sardella at 905-459-1337 ext. 225 for more information.
SERVICE ONTARIO KIOSK
This automated machine will assist you in obtaining government services and products. The Service Ontario Kiosk is located beside Staples Business Depot.

1. Renewal of Plate Stickers.
2. Ordering of Personalized Licence Plates.
3. Changing an Address for:
•Drivers Licence.
•Vehicle Plate Registration.
