Rules & Regulations
1. The contest starts on Monday March 1st, 2010 at approximately 10:00 am EST and closes on
Wednesday March 31th, 2010 at 9:00 pm EST. The Sponsors of this contest are Shoppers World
Brampton and Hair Images & Spa (the “Sponsors”).
2. Customers must register for the Shoppers World Brampton enewsletter to be eligible for
this contest. Customers register by visiting www.shoppersworldbrampton.com, clicking on
the eNewsletter link and filling out the required information. Registration questions must
be completed in full. One eligible registration/entry per email address.
3. Any person 18 years of age or over is eligible to win except the employees and immediate families of
RioCan Property Services, RioCan REIT, Shoppers World Brampton, tenants, advertising agency and
consultants, and other sponsors. This contest is open to residents of Ontario only.
4. There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of a $100 Hair Images & Spa Gift Certificate.
Approximate retail value is $100.00 CDN.
5. The random draw will take place on Tuesday April 6th, 2010 at approximately 10:00 am from all
eligible entries received. The chances of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries
received. Selected entrants will be contacted by mail or email and must successfully answer a
mathematical skill-testing question without assistance and sign and return contest release form in
order to be an official winner. Winner must authorize the release of their name and photograph for
advertising and publicity purposes relating to the contest without compensation.
6. If a selected entrant does not comply with these contest rules or cannot be contacted, another
selected entrant shall be chosen by way of random draw.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.
9. All entries become the property of Shoppers World Brampton.
10. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the contest
sponsor that are final. The contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
